The pictures and video of the Floor model Trim Cutter 2000 can be seen here. By moving the Trim Cutters away from the back of the oven and to the floor we can save you a lot of down time. Our new system uses air for side pressure and both blades are driven. the top knife is very sharp giving you weeks of running without having to change a knife. The bottom knife is carbide and only needs to be changed a couple times a year. The top knife is adjustable to give you plenty of regrinds for knife longevity. If you choose to keep your knives by the oven you can still enjoy all the benefits of the the new system i.e.: Longer blade live, adjustable top knife, air side pressure so you know what your setting is and you do not have to reach in to adjust it, you can adjust it while you are running.
